Here is what I made tonight—easy idea if anyone wants to take advantage of the gorgeous weather tomorrow.
Hamburgers topped with sautéed mushrooms—stuffed with a light garlic and herb cheese wedge from Laughing Cow.
To make sautéed mushrooms, you’ll need one 8oz package of sliced mushrooms sautéed with 1 tablespoon of butter, and sprinkled with garlic salt.
Baked Sweet Potatoes
Broccoli slaw—mix equal parts shredded lettuce, broccoli slaw, and shredded carrots. Toss with simple Italian or poppy seed dressing (I like Maggiano's House Italian). For the adults, top with slivered almonds and dried cranberries.
